The Economy CordLess Fall Prevention Monitor is designed to alert caregivers when an at-risk individual attempts to leave their bed without assistance. The system is cordless so there are no cords connecting the alarm and sensor pad. This allows the caregiver to place the monitor in another room so there is no alarm going off in the room with the resident. The sensor pad should be placed under the fitted sheet on top of the mattress around shoulder level. Monitor uses three C batteries (not included) or optional AC adapter (sold separately).
